How do I create my first label? · 如何创建第一张标签?
Tap "+" on the Labels screen, then pick a label-stock standard (Avery, Brother, Zebra, DYMO, HERMA), a custom size, or one of the 54 templates. A finished example is also bundled: Settings (gear) → Library → "Open Sample Label". 在标签列表点按"+",选择标签纸规格、自定义尺寸或模板即可。设置 → 库 → "打开示例标签"里还有一个完整示例。
Where are my documents stored? · 我的文档存在哪里?
On your device, and — if you are signed in to iCloud — in your own iCloud Drive, which syncs them between your Mac, iPhone and iPad. Nothing is ever sent to us; we operate no servers. 保存在你的设备上;若已登录 iCloud,则通过你自己的 iCloud Drive 在设备间同步。我们不运营服务器,任何内容都不会发送给我们。

Pro is a one-time purchase (no subscription) that unlocks data merge from CSV/Excel, serial numbers, batch production, tables, conditional rules, prepress separations, CMYK, ZPL, SVG, GS1 validation, high-resolution export, and 24 additional templates. It works on all your Apple devices and supports Family Sharing. Pro 为一次性买断(无订阅),解锁数据合并、流水号、批量生产、表格、条件规则、印前分色、CMYK、ZPL、SVG、GS1 校验、高分辨率导出及另外 24 个模板,全设备通用并支持家人共享。
I purchased Pro but it's locked on another device. · 已购买 Pro,另一台设备却未解锁?
Make sure the device uses the same Apple Account (or one in the same Family Sharing group), then go to Settings (gear) → Restore Purchases. 确认设备登录同一 Apple 账户(或同一家人共享组),然后在设置中点按"恢复购买"。
Why does Taglio ask for camera access? · 为什么请求相机权限?
Only for two optional features you start yourself: scanning a barcode to fill a field, and scanning a printed label to verify it reads. The app never opens the camera on its own. 仅用于两个你主动发起的功能:扫码填入字段,以及扫描印好的标签验证可读性。App 绝不会自行打开相机。
A barcode fails validation — what now? · 条码校验不通过怎么办?
Taglio checks the payload as you type: EAN/UPC/ITF-14 need the right digit count and check digit, and GS1 codes need valid application identifiers. The status message under the field says exactly what is wrong. If you believe a valid code is rejected, email us the symbology and payload. Taglio 在输入时即校验:EAN/UPC/ITF-14 要求位数与校验位正确,GS1 要求应用标识符合法。字段下方的状态信息会说明具体原因;若你认为有效编码被误判,请把码制与内容发邮件告诉我们。
